THE AWAKEN its a Dramatic Film set in between the fall of the Roman Empire era and the Vikings era in Europe, about Jagu, an Hunter of the Supramonte in Barbagia in the Island of Sardinia, then known as BARBARIA, land of the BARBARIANS, name given by the Romans for been unconquerable.

Jagu’s destiny changes when he sets out to free Lillia, the teenage girl that saved his life. kidnapped by the same clan of Nord Men that brutally attacked him, which are scouting the Island for slaves and riches to plunder. But Jagu’s adventure to free Lillia turns in to a battle to forever eliminate the existential menace of the Vikings to the Island, and to its people.

This story of undisputed bravery it’s a true fight for everyone’s identity and survival against those forces set to completely erase tradition, fought with great resistance and absolute proudness, and the unbreakable bond between the people and their Island, their land.
