THE GOWN its a Drama Film about two sisters and the drastically different ways they each take, when reacting to traumatic events that indisputably change their lives forever. Mirene, engaged and about to get married, dreams of wearing her wedding dress with her late Mother’s mask of "Su Componidori". An act of love to pay her homage, as she was one of few women to be a Componidori in the revered Sardinian Sartiglia of Oristano, but when she is a victim of a terrible act, her fiancé leaves her, the entire world collapses on her. Her sister Elene, witness to her demise, can’t change her path of self destructiveness, and left with only one thing… Vengeance!
